Prepare high-quality inverted sugar syrup and sugar paste, at room temperature.

Building a strong and productive apiculture operation requires healthy colonies. With climate change making nectar dearths more frequent and unpredictable, professional beekeepers need cost-effective, high-quality bee feed they can prepare themselves.

Invertase is the enzyme bees naturally use to convert sucrose into glucose and fructose. Our Invertobee products harness the same enzymatic inversion process, achieving conversion rates up to 100 % — without producing hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), a compound toxic to bees. Each product contains carefully selected ingredients that regulate pH and control the final texture, so all you need is a thermometer, a scale, and your own sugar.

Why Professional Beekeepers Choose Enzyme-Inverted Syrup

The problem with ready-made bee syrup: Most commercial inverted sugar syrups cost between €1,100 and €2,000 per tonne. With Invertobee, you produce the same quality syrup yourself for €480–€550 per tonne — using your own sugar, your own water, and our food-grade invertase. No HMF. No heating required with our cold-process products. No compromise on quality.

The problem with acid inversion. Heating sugar with lemon juice or vinegar creates HMF — a compound toxic to bees at concentrations above 150–250 mg/kg. Our enzyme-based process produces zero HMF at temperatures up to 60 °C.

The result. Healthier colonies, lower feeding costs, and full control over what goes into your hives.

What Makes Invertobee Different from Ready-Made Bee Feed?

Invertobee products are produced in powder form and work at temperatures from 20 °C to 60 °C, depending on the product you choose. The final inverted sugar syrup or sugar paste contains no detectable HMF — eliminating a known factor in bee mortality.

Unlike ready-made commercial bee feed, Invertobee gives you flexibility: the same product line covers stimulation feeding in spring, supplemental feeding in summer, dense syrup for autumn stores, and sugar paste for wintering. The sugar paste has a soft texture that bees consume fully with no waste and excellent assimilation.

You mix, you wait, you feed.
